Who we are

QT is run by [COMPANY NAME, REGISTERED NUMBER AND ADDRESS]. For anything about your data, email hello@qtbutton.co.uk.

What we collect and why

Your email address, when you register your interest. We use it to send you updates about QT and the early supporter programme. Our lawful basis is your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment and delivery details, if you order a button. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. We use your name and address to deliver your button and keep order records, as required by law.

Ad measurement cookies, only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. These let Meta (Facebook and Instagram) tell us which ads brought people to the site.

Who we share it with

Only the services that run QT for us: Netlify (website and sign-up form), Stripe (payments), our email provider, and Meta if you accept ad cookies. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Waitlist emails until you unsubscribe or QT stops the supporter programme. Order records for six years, for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. If you're not happy with our reply, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
